• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use MaddieBot to:

• Send spam or unauthorized marketing messages
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

5. Third-Party Services

MaddieBot integrates with third-party services including:

• WhatsApp Business API (via Wati)
• OpenAI API for AI processing

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of these third-party providers. MaddieBot is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party service disruptions or changes.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Fees

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

6.2 Usage-Based Fees

• Additional charges may apply for exceeding plan limits
• Third-party API costs (OpenAI, Wati) are your responsibility

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8.2 AI Limitations

AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and moderating AI-generated content before it reaches your customers.

8.3 Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MaddieBot harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Content you upload or transmit through the service

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• Immediately for material breach
• Immediately for violation of Acceptable Use Policy

Upon termination, your access to the service will be disabled, and you should download any needed data before the termination date.
